Thesaurus
Thesaurus is a web service providing search capability for synonyms in different languages. The synonyms are retrieved from the thesauri dictionaries of OpenOffice according to the relevant licenses. Features
Thesaurus can be used by remote applications to retrieve the list of synonyms in the following languages: italian, english, french, deutsch, spanish and portuguese. The application has to specify the word, the language and the application key to retrieve the response, available either in XML or JSON format. The list of synonyms related to a word can be retrieved by sending a HTTP GET message to the endpoint http://thesaurus.altervista.org/thesaurus/v1 using the relevant parameters.
