admin 145 post(s) Web site	We are not going to implement this feature as it needs special permission SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW that according to Google we should not use: "Very few apps should use this permission; these windows are intended for system-level interaction with the user. " as clearly stated in google website: https://developer.android.com/reference/android/Manifest.permission#SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW
